PET durable et entièrement recyclable
Le PET peut être très bien recyclé. Si l'on considère les différents emballages dans lesquels les aliments peuvent être emballés, le PET présente la deuxième plus petite empreinte écologique (juste après le verre consigné, mais bien avant le verre non consigné ou les emballages en aluminium). Pour une boutique en ligne, cependant, le verre consigné est une taxe environnementale car le verre est plus lourd que le PET, et l'expédition et la collecte créent une empreinte carbone plus élevée.

Za'atar is a traditional Middle Eastern spice blend. Every family has its own family recipe. That recipe is sometimes so secret that some mothers did not even tell their daughters. But what it always contains is thyme, sesame and the delicious sumac. Za'atar has become extremely popular as a favorite of the famous chef Ottolenghi.
We have chosen this organic Za'atar for thyme and sumac, but also marjoram and oregano and cumin seeds.
Organic Za'atar
All herbs spices in this za'atar mix are from controlled organic farming. Grown without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides.
100% natural with no additives and no salt
In creating our organic spice mixes, we also use no salt at all. Perfect within a low-salt diet. So you can add exactly as much salt as you like to taste.
This product contains no additives whatsoever: no anti-caking agents, maltodextrin, fillers, flavorings, glutamates...What it does contain? pure flavor!
Using Za'atar
Traditionally, za'atar is used by dipping Arabic bread (pita) in olive oil and then in Za'atar. Use it as a general dipper with some olive oil or sprinkle Za'atar over chicken, fish and vegetables.
