You can order your fresh bread weekly from Wednesday to Sunday. The baker starts working on all orders on Sunday night and Monday. On Tuesday, everything is shipped. And on Wednesday, you receive your delivery. This also means that if you order other products at the same time, they will be shipped together with the bread.
So in practice, you will receive your order the next Wednesday.
A fresh walnut and raisin sourdough in 10 minutes
Preheat your oven to 210°C, bake for 6 to 10 minutes. Let it cool down a bit, and this delicious fresh bread with a crispy crust is ready to slice. It’s that simple.
This walnut and raisin bread is like a traditional wheat loaf, but made with sourdough. It also contains a bit of rye flour. At 500 grams, you’re getting a medium-sized loaf. For reference: the bread measures about 20 by 10 cm. It’s delivered in a bag for home baking.
Once baked, this bread keeps longer than traditional loaves. Just make sure to bake it no later than Friday of the week you receive it. You can also freeze it to bake at a later time – without compromising quality.

Once baked, this bread stays fresh for five to seven days – thanks to its high water content. There are absolutely no additives involved. A quick tip: if you want to keep the crust nice and crispy, heat it up again for about two minutes in the oven at 220°C.
