Jam from 67% ripe fruit and agave syrup
Traditionally, jams were made with special refined jam sugars. Sugar served as a preservative, and the total sugar content was typically 60%. More sugar than fruit!
In our jams we replace the refined sugar with agave syrup from wild agave. Not only do we reduce the total sugar content by almost half, agave syrup also has a lower glycemic index. So no harm to your body. These jams are not as sweet, but you can taste the fruit, as it should be.
Organic strawberry jam, without any additives.
This jam is made in Spain from sun-ripened, organically grown strawberries. So without the use of artificial fertilizers or chemical sprays. Obviously, we also do not use any preservatives, aromas, colourings.
Use
Organic mango and agave syrup jam can be kept for a very long time under a closed, airtight lid. After opening store in the fridge with the lid closed. The jam will become more viscous at cooler temperatures.
Because there are no preservatives and much less sugar is used, you can best use the jam within 2-3 weeks after opening.
