100% natural and organic pancake baking mix
All ingredients in this baking mix are from controlled organic farming. So without the use of pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers.
With this baking mix you can go in any direction for healthy and delicious pancakes. Both sweet and savory pancakes you make in no time.
On stone ground in the Netherlands
The spelt flour and buckwheat flour in this mix are still produced on real millstones in the Netherlands. Close to home, qualitative and reliable.
Preparation for sweet and savory pancakes
Use per 250g pancake mix:
This is what you need:

500ml milk,

10gr of sunflower oil
-
15gr vanilla sugar
-
1 egg
To get started:

Whisk all ingredients together well.

Heat a knob of butter or oil in the pan and pour in a layer of batter.

Fry the pancake golden brown at the bottom and dry at the top

Then turn the pancake over and fry the bottom side also golden brown.
For savory pancakes, do not use vanilla sugar. For more fluffy savory pancake recipes, add a teaspoon of baking powder if necessary.
Per 250 grams of mix, you get 8-10 pancakes.
