Also delicious as a cold brew

You can prepare this herbal blend both hot and cold. For cold brew, let the tea steep in cold water long enough for the various flavors to slowly release.

How to brew slow down herbal tea

Use about 2 grams of tea per cup or 12 grams per liter. Let the tea steep for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on how strong you like it.

For cold brew: use the same ratio and give the herbs plenty of time to infuse in cold water.
