Fish4Ever works directly with local fishermen and canneries in Spain and Portugal, with full control over the chain. Sardines are caught by hundreds of small fishing boats, who receive a fair price for their catch.

The fish is selected and processed by hand, following the principle of the whole fish policy: the fish is cut and canned in one motion for maximum quality and minimum waste.
