This crunchy granola with 70% dark chocolate and toasted grains, nuts and seeds combines a rich chocolate flavor with a nutritious base of fiber and protein. The subtle touch of ginger adds depth of flavor.

The granola was developed according to the principles of the SANA method by nutritionist Sandra Bekkari. This approach focuses on a sustainable and healthy lifestyle with whole foods, exercise and adequate recovery. In the kitchen, this translates to natural ingredients, lots of fiber and as little highly processed products as possible.

All granola follows the basic principles of the SANA method:

• no refined sugars

• rich in fiber due to whole grains

They contain no cheap fats such as palm fat or sunflower oil. Large chunks of quality nuts provide crunch and healthy fats.

Artisanal roasting gives the granola a crunchy texture without being sticky.
