Particularly rare salt from Persia
Our Persian blue salt is mined in a salt mine in Semman province, in northern Iran. This is the only salt mine where this rare blue salt can be found. The natural salt rock arose from an ancient salt lake. Shifts and hollows in the crystal structure gave this salt its unique blue glow.
Our Persian blue salt is 100% natural and free of additives.
Use
Persian blue salt is a real eye catcher on your dishes. Use it on truffles, seafood, meat and roasted vegetables. It also pairs nicely with poultry, fish and desserts.
These chunks are best ground by yourself in the mortar. This way you can perfectly match the desired texture and size with your dishes. Sprinkle or arrange the salt over dishes as a final step.
