Our Stone Age Bread Mix (450 g) is the super healthy Keto alternative to regular bread - without flour, yeast or added sugars, additives or emulsifiers. The bread mix consists purely of nuts and seeds, including delicious ingredients such as sunflower seeds, linseed, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds, Brazil nuts and walnuts.
This starter pack contains 2 bags of the bread mix, plus a handy 20cm by 10cm baking pan. This baking pan is just the right size to bake a delicious stone age bread.

Easy preparation
Preparing this OKONO stone age bread is simple and easy. Simply follow these 4 simple steps:

Beat 4 eggs and add a pinch of salt.

Add the bread mix, consisting of a balanced combination of sunflower seeds, linseed, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds, Brazil nuts and walnuts. Add 50 ml of extra virgin olive oil (optional: add additional spices as desired).

Stir everything together well.

Bake the dough for 60 minutes in a preheated oven at 160°C.
For a vegan version, you can add 150 ml of water to the mixture instead of eggs. Put this covered in the fridge for an hour to allow the flaxseed to absorb the moisture. Place a baking sheet in the baking pan, carefully pour the bread mix into this. Then cover and put this in a preheated oven at the same temperature for 80 minutes. The last twenty minutes you can remove cover to continue baking the bread. The vegan version remains brittle, so be sure to let this cool completely before slicing.
