This blend is based on deliciously sweet rooibos from South Africa, full of vitamins and minerals and plant proteins. Rooibos tea is soothing, promotes healthy sleep and contains a huge amount of antioxidants. A good night's sleep is the basis for being fit through the day.
To this blend we add all the goodness of stinging nettle for female health and fresh-sweet notes of peppermint, licorice and lemon.

These tea bags are also made from plant-based PLA and contain no oil-based plastics. They are sustainable and compostable. So healthier tea in your cup, less plastic in the environment.

As loose tea: 12- 15 grams / liter or 1-2 Tl per cup
In tea bags: 1 tea bag per cup
Use boiling water: 100°C
Allow to infuse for 5-8 minutes
