This artisan brewed kombucha based on fresh organic elderflower is an accessible and refined variety with a slightly floral and aromatic taste. Perfect as a fresh aperitif or as a natural alternative to soda.

Our kombucha is brewed according to a traditional family recipe and is full of life. The drink is unpasteurized, unfiltered and contains live lactic acid bacteria. As a result, the flavor evolves subtly in the bottle: from slightly sweet at bottling to fresher, drier and slightly sparkling over time.
