Instant oatmeal natural with flaxseed use

You can prepare the oatmeal with flaxseed in different ways For 60 grams of oatmeal natural with flaxseed:

• Add 60ml (vegetable) milk or water and heat in the microwave for 1.5 minutes at about 750W.

• Warm 100ml (vegetable) milk in a saucepan, add the oatmeal and vanilla or cinnamon if desired and simmer until you reach the desired consistency.

Add a spoonful of peanut butter or nut paste of your choice, and fresh fruit
