Each box contains 10 pre-measured 4.5-gram sticks—convenient for home, work, or on the go.

Choose Your Own Flavor Intensity

Add more or less water depending on your preference. As a guideline, use 1 stick per 500 ml of water. Stir well until the powder is completely dissolved. It’s best to drink this beverage after a meal.

With ashwagandha, GABA, and lemon balm

Ashwagandha (KSM-66®) is used to help manage stress and supports the body’s ability to cope with mental pressure. GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) is a naturally occurring neurotransmitter involved in relaxation.

L-theanine, passionflower, and lemon balm are also included in the formula to support calmness and a balanced state of mind. MOODREAL® saffron extract and lemon balm contribute to a positive mood.

Magnesium and vitamin B6 round out the formula and support the normal functioning of the nervous system and help reduce fatigue.

Concentrated black currant powder (Ribes nigrum fruit), magnesium (magnesium citrate), natural black currant flavor, Fibruline™ chicory fiber powder (Cichorium intybus root), passionflower extract 2:1 (Eschscholtzia californica flower), GABA, green tea extract with 40% L-theanine (Camellia sinensis leaf), citric acid (acidity regulator), L-tyrosine, lemon balm extract 2.5:1 containing 7% rosmarinic acid (Melissa officinalis leaf), ashwagandha extract 4:1 (Withania somnifera root), MOODREAL® saffron extract (Crocus sativus L. – stigma), sweetener: steviol glycosides from Stevia, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

Not recommended for people with known cross-allergies to plants in the Asteraceae family. Not recommended for people taking antidepressants. 1 serving contains 56.25 mg of EGCG. Do not exceed 800 mg of EGCG per day.
