Le PET peut être très bien recyclé. Si l'on considère les différents emballages dans lesquels les aliments peuvent être emballés, le PET présente la deuxième plus petite empreinte écologique (juste après le verre consigné, mais bien avant le verre non consigné ou les emballages en aluminium). Pour une boutique en ligne, cependant, le verre consigné est une taxe environnementale car le verre est plus lourd que le PET, et l'expédition et la collecte créent une empreinte carbone plus élevée.

This is sprouted bread in its purest form. Also known as Essene bread or sprouted grain bread. Made from 100% sprouted spelt. No yeast. No flour. No added sugars or excipients. And no salt either.
Compact bread with a full, nutty grain taste.
Pure bread, rich in fiber and protein
By allowing the grains to sprout first and then processing them whole, you get the best out of spelt. This ensures great nutritional value and a satiated feeling. Fiber-rich. High in protein.
Many people experience it as easily digestible. It does contain gluten (spelt), so not suitable with celiac disease.
Minimalist ingredient list
This bread is for those who like to eat as naturally as possible. Minimally processed, with nothing but sprouted spelt and water. In contrast to traditional bread, which often contains flour, yeast and additional ingredients.
Tips for a tasty slice of sprouted bread
The texture is firm and compact. Toasting it briefly works wonders: crispy edges, creamy inside. Spread generously with cashew spread or mixed nut spread organic. Savory is also possible: avocado with sesame, or kefir cheese with radishes. A few slices are often enough.
Easy to store
Unopened it stays good for a long time (check the THT on the package). After opening, store it in the refrigerator for about three days. For longer? Freeze it, slice by slice. That way you always have a nutritious base on hand.
The texture may vary slightly from batch to batch - sprouting is a natural process.
