This organic spelt flatbread is right in between a wrap, an Italian piadina and classic flatbread. It is deliberately a bit thicker and firmer in texture, because no additives have been added to make it supple. That makes it less suitable for tight rolling, but just perfect as flatbread, for quesadillas, for crispy baking or as a quick pizza crust.

Made according to Italian tradition, respecting simplicity and taste. This is the purest form of a wrap: nothing added that doesn't belong in it, and you can taste it.

The flatbread is made from pure organic whole wheat flour, a pinch of salt and extra virgin olive oil.

No yeast, no emulsifiers, no stabilizers, no preservatives, no sugars and no flour improvers.

With more than 7 grams of fiber per flatbread, this is a full source of fiber. Over three times as much as most common wraps from the supermarket. Filling, nutritious and yet simple.

Versatile in the kitchen

Use this whole wheat flatbread as a base for:

• quesadillas with vegetables, legumes or cheese

• a quick, crispy pizza from the oven

• flatbread with soup, salads or dips

• lightly baked pieces as an alternative to bread

Just reheating in pan or oven is enough to bring out the flavors nicely.

Semi-fresh product with short, honest shelf life

This flatbread is a semi-fresh product. Because it is completely free of preservatives, stabilizers or other additives, its shelf life is deliberately limited. This is not a disadvantage, but a direct consequence of its pure composition.

After opening, it is best to keep the flatbread refrigerated and consume it within three days. There are three flatbreads in one package.
