Le PET peut être très bien recyclé. Si l'on considère les différents emballages dans lesquels les aliments peuvent être emballés, le PET présente la deuxième plus petite empreinte écologique (juste après le verre consigné, mais bien avant le verre non consigné ou les emballages en aluminium). Pour une boutique en ligne, cependant, le verre consigné est une taxe environnementale car le verre est plus lourd que le PET, et l'expédition et la collecte créent une empreinte carbone plus élevée.

Da Hong Pao Oolong: the famous rock tea
Da Hong Pao is a prestigious oolong tea from the Wuyi region in Fujian, China. Organically produced and medium oxidized, this tea is right in between green and black teas in terms of taste and character.
Authentic and organic
Our Da Hong Pao is grown entirely organically, without additives or pesticides. Each tea leaf is carefully harvested to preserve the rich aromatic properties of this famous rock tea.
Unique mineral flavor
The rocky soil of the Wuyi region gives the tea a natural mineral touch. Connoisseurs recognize subtle scents of pebbles and minerals in this. After cessation of oxidation, the tea is still roasted, resulting in a caramel-like flavor and powerful aroma.
Robust leaves, multiple infusions
The elongated, sturdy leaves lend themselves perfectly to multiple infusions. Traditionally, the first infusion is given away as an offering to Buddha, after which the second infusion reveals floral undertones, nuts and nutmeg flavors.
Flexible brewing recommendation

For optimal flavor, use 4-5 grams of tea leaf to 120 ml of 85°C water in a gaiwan, first infusion 20 seconds, then an additional 5 seconds per infusion.

For the western method: 12 grams of tea leaf to 1 liter of water, infuse for 2-2.5 minutes.
