Health first! Tight acrylamide management
When processing many coffees, too much roasting causes a lot of acrylamides to be formed, a substance that can be formed when starchy products are burned. Acrylamides are quite unhealthy and harmful. Even the lover of strong coffee doesn't want this. We therefore categorically exclude the very strongest roasts with a high risk of acrylamides.
By allowing the fresh and very high-quality coffee beans to be roasted at a lower temperature and for somewhat longer, the delicious flavours and aromas come into their own. The slower, moderate roasting method ensures a healthy, high-quality coffee and allows our coffee roaster to perform tight acrylamide monitoring at each roast.
Using compostable capsules in your Nespresso machine
Our 100% compostable capsules can only be used for the classic Nespresso machine. So not the vertuo version.
Our Colombian organic coffee capsules can be recognised by their orange ring. This coffee is delicious as espresso or ristretto, but also as lungo. Never forget to heat your cups with hot water for a perfect espresso experience.
