These chakra smudge sticks with white sage are intended to support rituals of purification, meditation and stillness. Each package contains three bundles of white sage, each decorated with petals in the colors of the seven chakras. They invite you to consciously work with energy, attention and intention.

White sage as ritual, not action

Burning sage is more than just smoke. It is a ritual where intention is central: slowing down for a moment, making space and consciously choosing what to release or invite. The smoke supports this process naturally, without synthetic fragrances or additives.

It is best to open a window before use, so that the smoke can circulate and does not get stuck. This also literally gives the ritual space.

Seven chakras, one harmonious whole

Each bundle is connected to the seven chakras:

root - sacral - solar plexus - heart - throat - third eye - crown.

You can move the smoking sage along a specific body part to support a specific chakra, or gently guide the smoke to a room, object or meditation spot. Also perfect for use in a yoga studio or during a meditation session.

Natural, organic and responsibly harvested

The sage is completely natural, sourced organically and harvested through ethical and responsible methods. The sticks are about 10 cm long and their compact binding allows you to use them multiple times.

Tip: preferably light the whole bundle. The core does not burn up immediately, so the sage glows slowly and you can get by with it longer. If you find the fragrance too intense, you can open the bundle and use a single sprig or leaf. Keep in mind that this will burn up faster.

Safe use and extinguishing

• Light the tip until it catches fire, wait a few seconds and gently blow out the flame. Allow the sage to glow and give off smoke, not burn.

• Always place the bundle in a fireproof bowl and check after use to make sure it is completely extinguished.

• Do not extinguish with water unless in an emergency situation. Moisture can cause mold and make reuse difficult.
