Discover our delicious, fat cocoa powder original. This cocoa powder made from organic cocoa beans comes from the Forastero Hispanola variety. The powder naturally contains more than 20% cocoa butter, which gives a smooth and full cocoa powder.
From bean to powder
After harvesting and fermentation, the cocoa beans are dried, cleaned, first time roasted, broken and cleaned again. The cocoa beans are alkalised, roasted again and pressed into a beautiful, evenly dark cocoa powder.
Use
This fatty cocoa powder can be used as a seasoning in puddings, yoghurts, tiramisu and other desserts. Or use the beautiful dark cocoa powder to decorate cake and cookies.
