Le PET peut être très bien recyclé. Si l'on considère les différents emballages dans lesquels les aliments peuvent être emballés, le PET présente la deuxième plus petite empreinte écologique (juste après le verre consigné, mais bien avant le verre non consigné ou les emballages en aluminium). Pour une boutique en ligne, cependant, le verre consigné est une taxe environnementale car le verre est plus lourd que le PET, et l'expédition et la collecte créent une empreinte carbone plus élevée.

Brahmi: Traditional ayurvedic herb
Brahmi is a traditional herb from Ayurveda. It has a calming and clarifying effect at the same time. Brahmi relaxes body and mind and contributes to more balance and harmony. This natural tranquillizer at the same time increases concentration and therefore supports memory and learning performance.
Use
Brahmi in Ayurveda
Brahmi can be used as a hot or cold infusion (tea) in water. Traditionally in Ayurveda, these herbs are also taken in ghee (clarified butter). Another popular carrier for brahmi is milk, as this enhances the cooling properties of the herbs.
A typical dose of Brahmi powder is 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon, once or twice daily, or as directed by your physician or Ayurvedic therapist.
