Vegetable milk for latte and cappuccino
Barista is the Italian word for "bartender," and is primarily associated with the coffee artists who serve perfect versions of Italian lattes, cappuccinos and espressos.With this Oat Milk Barista, you can make your own dairy-free latte or cappuccino in no time. This milk froths up with the same ease as with regular cow's milk.
Oats have a very neutral taste, and are therefore extremely suitable for this application. You can taste the coffee best as a result. This special barista oat drink variant makes the foam softer and thicker she remains nice and lumpy until the last sip.
Using barista oat milk
You froth this milk with the steam nozzle of your coffee maker, with a milk frother or by manually whipping. Just as you would with cow's milk.
Compose your coffee correctly, like a real barista:

For cappuccino, start with an espresso, then a layer of milk and finally a firm layer of foam. The ratio each time is 1/3

For a latte, the order is different: first a generous layer of hot milk, accounting for 60% of the entire drink. Then a firm espresso and finally a thin layer of foam.
Ingredients
Spring water, oats (16%), sunflower oil, stabilizer (gum arabic, locust bean gum, pea protein, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavor. From organic cultivation, therefore without artificial fertilizers or pesticides.
