This moist Celtic sea salt is actually the most natural sea salt on the market. It is not processed in any way. It is unwashed, unrefined and free from added substances.
The sea salt hasn't even been dried. Therefore, it is still naturally moist. Celtic sea salt has a varied taste. You won't find salt this pure anywhere else!
Use
As a marinade for fish and poultry or to salt the cooking water of pasta and vegetables. Delicious in traditional dishes from Brittany such as sea bass en croûte de sel.
Not suitable for the salt mill because of its natural moisture. If you want to grind it yourself, it is best to use the dried variety.
