Natural yeast flakes with the broadest spectrum of vitamin B

Natural nutritinal yeast flakes have a cheese-like taste. This makes them an ideal cheese substitute for vegans or people with a dairy-free diet. This nutritional yeast contains no additives such as wheat or salt.

These nutritional yeast flakes contain a lot of vitamins B1, B2 and B6 and trace elements. But no B12. We added it, as well as zinc. In addition to sodium, calcium, iron and potassium, this inactive yeast also contains 120 mg zinc and 44 mcg cobalamin (B12) per 100 grams of yeast flakes.

Ideal for vegetarians and vegans, this nutritional yeast is an excellent alternative to broth or salt for soups, potatoes, vegetables, etc., due to its salty, savoury taste. It also gives a delicious spicy flavor and crispy crust to oven dishes and pasta.

Engevita yeast

The Engevita yeast is a natural product derived from the Saccharomyces Cerevasiae yeast. Because it is grown on enriched and purified molasses in a carefully controlled environment, we can guarantee a pure quality product.

These yeast flakes are therefore free of Candida albicans yeast.
