This vegetable egg powder is the alternative when you do not want to use eggs for the preparation of a recipe. A vegan alternative and perfect for people with intolerances or allergies to eggs.
In addition to its culinary properties, this mix obviously has a series of nutritional properties associated with the vegetable origin of this product: in fact, this mix contains quite a lot of vegetable protein and no cholesterol, gluten or fat at all.

Vegetable egg powder is a product that replaces eggs and provides the consistency and flavor needed to make any sweet dish perfect. Indeed, it is now possible to make meringues, sponge cakes, waffles, cakes, cookies or pies without using real eggs.
Vegetable egg powder from organic farming
This egg substitute is made with ingredients from certified organic farming, that is, without GMOs and grown without the use of chemical pesticides, herbicides or the use of artificial fertilizers.
This mix is created with all the familiar ingredients that we also have as individual products in the Pit&Pit range: whole wheat buckwheat flour, tapioca starch, corn starch, ground psyllium and Kala Namak.
Use vegetable egg powder organic for sweet dishes
One package contains the equivalent of 12 eggs.
In your sweet preparations, replace 1 egg with 20 g of powder. The powder is mixed with a little water before incorporating it into your dish. By default, you use 30 ml of water per 20 grams of powder, but you can adjust this a bit according to your recipe.
This mix is a product with the culinary properties very close to dairy eggs. That is, the vegan powder can be whipped, for example. It also has binding power and you can make emulsions with it: that is, mix it with oil.
That gives ample possibilities in the kitchen, including when we are baking.
