Jams in so many delicious flavors, impossible to choose? That's why we created the "jam sessions", 3 boxes with our most delicious jams.
In this funky box you'll find jams made of blueberries, strawberries, mangoes, oranges and apricots. They are funky and slim, because completely without added sugar - pure fruit spreads they are!
Jams from ripe fruit with 10x less sugar
Traditionally, jams and preserves were made with special refined jam sugars. Sugar acted as a preservative, and the total sugar content was typically 60%.
All jams in our funky jam box are sweetened with stevia. We use no added sugars at all, just the natural sugars from the ripe fruit. These jams contain up to 10 times less sugar than traditional jams, and you can taste that immediately!
Jams made from organically grown fruit, without any additives.
These jams are made from Spanish sun-ripened, organically grown fruits. So without artificial fertilizers or chemical sprays. Of course we use no preservatives, flavors, dyes or E numbers. Only real apple peel pectin is used for binding - and with pure organic lemon juice, instead of industrial acidifiers.
Usage
After opening, store in the refrigerator with the lid closed. In the cool temperature the jam will become more viscous. Because there are no preservatives or sugar used, it is best to use the jam within 2-3 weeks after opening.
