For cappuccino, start with an espresso, then a layer of milk and finally a firm layer of foam. The ratio is always 1/3

For a latte, the order is different: first, a generous layer of hot milk, accounting for 60% of the entire drink. Then a strong espresso and finally a thin layer of foam.
Ingredients
Spring water, oats (14%), sunflower oil, safflower oil, seaweed, sea salt. From organic cultivation, without artificial fertilizers or pesticides.
