Havsnø means "snow from the sea". This name refers to the delicate, crispy texture of the white Havsnø salt flakes. In your mouth, they melt like snow on your tongue. Havsnø sea salt has a soft, clear taste that enhances the other flavours in your dishes.
We have added algae from shallow, clean Atlantic watersto this unique product.
Use
Sprinkle Havsnø salt flakes with algae, whole or crumbled, over dishes just before serving. Delicious also on potatoes, vegetables and pasta dishes can also be flavoured with algae salt.
