    Fettuccine is an Italian pasta form, literally translated small ribbons. It looks a bit like the more famous tagliatelle but a bit wider.

    For this tasty fettuccine we use 80% edamame beans and 20% mung beans. No eggs and no salt. This pasta contains 11% fiber and no less than 25% protein.

    Edamame beans have a wonderfully delicious taste and have become very popular as a side dish with sushi, as a snack or as an ingredient in vegetarian meals and soups.

    Use organic fettuccine from edamame beans

    Boil this pasta in plenty of salted water for 4 to 5 minutes. Pairs wonderfully with vegetable sauces and pestos, warm dressing with sage, vegan cheese sauce and pecans.
