Like other plants, coffee plants bloom with beautiful blossoms. And the bees also collect nectar from these flowers for delicious honey, while also pollinating the coffee fields.
Coffee flower honey doesn't really taste like coffee, but rather has very pleasant notes of apricot and caramel flavor, a hint of vanilla and also some light spicy aftertaste. It is certainly not the sweetest of honeys, but the taste is delicate and cannot be compared to any other honey. The color of this honey is a bit darker, and ranges from light amber to amber.

Use
