    Our soba noodles are 100% pure and free of additives, and organically grown. So without the use of chemical sprays and artificial fertiliser.

    Gluten-free soba noodles made from buckwheat, with quinoa and rice flour

    The authentic soba noodles of pure buckwheat have a mild, somewhat earthy taste. For this version, we have used a mix of buckwheat flour, wholemeal rice flour and quinoa flour. This adds extra softness to the taste and hardness to the texture.

    It is a naturally gluten free pasta with a low glycemic index. These noodles are gluten free, and suitable for veggie and vegan dishes.

    Using buckwheat and quinoa noodles

    Cook the noodles in salted water. Stirring regularly will prevent any sticking of the strands. Use the noodles with a hot pasta sauce or use them inwok dishes, soups and salads.

    Cooking time: 4-5 min.

    Buckwheat flour (45%), whole grain rice flour (30%), quinoa flour. Organic, 100% natural and without additives.
