Whole wheat buckwheat flour light organic
Although buckwheat flour is very similar to grain, it does not belong to the cereal flours. It contains of course no gluten. Buckwheat flour is made from the seeds of a herbaceous plant. So without chemical fertilizers and without the use of pesticides and herbicides. This guarantees extra pure quality. A 100% natural product, without additives or preservatives.
Buckwheat light organic for traditional cakes.
This flour is finely ground and sieved. This gives it a refined, pure taste. Traditionally, this buckwheat flour is used in pancakes, poffertjes and waffles. But it can also be used for wraps. Replace 10% of the wheat flour in bread or cakes by buckwheat flour. This gives extra depth and taste.
