Clear, liquid honey
Acacia honey preserves it's liquidity longer than other kinds of honey because of a higher content there of fructose. Organic acacia honey is one of the brightest honeys in the world. It is highly transparant, you can almost can see through it. This honey tastes mild and soft, with a pleasant floral aroma.
Natural acacia honey from Spain only
Our acacia honey is certified organic, unprocessed, pure and naturally pure. It contains no additives and has been processed in a natural way, without any heating.
This honey is produced in the large acacia forests of southern Spain, without any further mixing. For miles around the hives, the sources of pollen and nectar consist almost exclusively of acacia trees and shrubs.
Our honey is carefully checked to make sure that the bees are not fed sugar during the flowering period.
Use
Acacia honey combines perfectly with cheese dishes and tea. Use it also to sweeten dishes.

Cold hurled acacia honey of European origin. Organic, naturally pure and without additives.

This product contains no allergens.
This product is packaged and/or stored in a facility that also processes products containing nuts, peanuts, mustard, celery, gluten, sesame, soy and sulphite. Despite all precautions, this product may contain traces of these allergens.
Precautions for use
Unprocessed honey can crystallize after a while. You can recognize this by a white precipitation. This crystallization is completely natural. It does no detriment to quality. Decrystallize again by heating up the jars in water at 40 degrees for a few hours.
