    Our cocoa nibs are pieces of ground cocoa bean. They are natural, unmachined and unheated. In this way, the nutritional value of the cocoa bean is optimally preserved. We only use Criollo cocoa beans from Peru. This cocoa bean is also known as the 'queen of cocoa' because of its superior quality.

    What is the difference between cocoa and chocolate?

    Cocoa is one of the raw ingredients for chocolate. In chocolate, the properties of cocoa are not fully exploited by the addition of many fats and sugars. With unprocessed cocoa beans you can enjoy all the healthy nutrients. The taste of unprocessed cocoa is not comparable to that of chocolate.

    Use

    Add a handful of cocoa nibs to muesli and yoghurt. Or sprinkle them on sweet dishes such as pudding or strawberries with mint for a crunchy touch.

    Make delicious and healthy stracciatella ice cream very quickly. Blend 3 frozen bananas with a little coconut milk to a smooth whole. Add a handful of cocoa nibs, and your homemade ice cream is ready!
