Also known as wild garlic, badger garlic has a sublime flavor: nicely spicy and tangy, yet just a bit milder and subtler than regular garlic. Moreover, it is a very healthy herb.
At least 35% wild garlic is used in this unique herb mix, and you can make a delicious pesto or dip with it in no time.
Pure herbal mixture, 100% natural without additives.
This herb mixture contains only 100% natural herbs, without additives, anti-clumping agents, fillers, maltodextrin, yeast extracts, flavors or glutamates.
Usage
Make a badger garlic pesto in a jiffy : chop and crush 50 grams of walnuts the use a few spoonfuls of the herb base and Mang in 50 ml of olive oil, the juice of half a lime and 75 grams of pecorino. Vary with nuts, cheese and other ingredients to your heart's content.
Vegan Badger Chive Cheese Dip : Soak 200 grams of cashews overnight and place in a blender along with 3 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tablespoon yeast flakes, and a splash of water to a smooth paste. Add daslook pesto seasoning mix to taste and additional salt or acid to taste.
Use the dips and pestos on bread, as appetizers, as a marinade for beef, as a dipping sauce, as a pasta sauce etc
