Unfiltered organic apple vinegar
Our apple vinegar is made from organically grown apples. We do not heat or pasteurise our vinegar. Our unprocessed and unfiltered apple vinegar is therefore 100% pure and natural.
With the vinegar's mother
The unfiltered juice of these apples ferments very naturally. In this process small flakes are formed which settle at the bottom of the bottles. This sediment is known as "the mother of vinegar". It is full of healthy enzymes, vitamins and folic acid. That makes our cider vinegar one of the most powerful strengthening drinks.
