Organic flaxseed for fibres and omega 3
Flaxseed is rich in dietary fibre, which improves intestinal transit. In addition, flax seeds contain a lot of omega 3, mainly ALA (alpha-linolenic acid). The omega 3 fatty acids are best released after grinding or chewing the seeds.

How to use flaxseed
Sprinkle a teaspoon flaxseed into muesli, yoghurt, salads or bread. Chew the seeds or soak them in a glass of water. When soaking flax seeds in water, they will form a jelly-like substance you can use as a vegetable binder agent in cakes and puddings.
Take 3 teaspoons of flaxseed up to 3 times a day. If case of intensive use of flaxseeds, it is very important you always drink enough water.
