    Bake yourself a delicious brown wheat bread, with all the healthy properties the ingredients have to offer. This mix provides you with fiber and 12.% protein.

    Baking with the all-in bread mix is convenient and easy. Just add water and the bread machine does the rest. This all-in mix contains only natural ingredients.

    100% natural and organic bread baking mix

    All ingredients in this baking mix are from controlled organic farming. So without the use of pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers. High quality spelt, still ground on real millstones.

    The spelt flour and spelt meal are still produced on real millstones in the Netherlands. Close to home, high quality and reliable.

    Preparation

    In the oven

    Use 500 gr flour and ± 300 ml water. Knead into a dough ball for 20 minutes, either by hand or with the kneading function of the breadmaker. With a suitable food processor, 10-12 minutes of kneading is sufficient.

    Cover the dough with cling film or a kitchen towel and let rise at room temperature for 30-40 min. Press the dough flat with your hands and give it the shape you want. Place it in a greased baking pan or on a baking sheet.

    Cover the dough again and let rise at room temperature until doubled in volume (about 40 min). Finally, bake the bread for 40-45 min in a preheated oven at 230°C.

    In the breadmaker

    For baking in a bread maker, use 500 gr flour and ± 290 ml of water.

    Accurately measure the mix and water and pour the ingredients into the bowl. Choose a program of 2 to 4 hours. If you have a bread baking machine with an extended program menu, choose the special program for spelt bread.

    Press "Start. After the end signal, remove the bread from the tub.

    Let cool on a wire rack.
