    Our whisky pepper is black pepper from the Indian Malabar Coast, soaked in the best single malt whisky from a whisky distillery in Brandenburg, Germany. We soak the pepper in whiskey in oak barrels for several weeks. Then we dry the pepper carefully allowing the aroma being optimally preserved. The result is a powerful spicy pepper with the mild, smoky aroma of whiskey.

    Use

    Whisky pepper is delicious with dark meat, such as roast beef steak, carpaccio or pasta. Try this pepper over ripe fruit or dark chocolate.

    Grind the peppercorns with a mortar or pepper mill just before use.

    Whole black peppercorns, single malt whisky. Without artificial additives.
