Soybeans contain a lot of proteins and all 8 essential amino acids. Our organic soy beans are pure, unprocessed and not pre-cooked.
Soy beans as meat substitute
Because of their high protein content, soy beans are a very popular with vegetarians and vegans. They can be enjoyed pure, or as a base for meat subsitutes like tofu or tempeh.
Use
Soak 1 part soybeans for 12-18 hours in 3 parts water. Then boil for 3 hours in fresh water.
