Green lentils are bigger than red lentils and have a rich pea flavour. They are the best type of lentils to preserve a solid texture while cooking. Green lentils are perfect to add extra texture to vegetable- and meat stews, salads, soups and curry dishes.
Green lentils contain a lot of proteins, which make them a good addition to a vegetarian or vegan diet.
Our green lentils are 100% pure and unprocessed.
Use of green lentils
Pour the green lentils in a covered pot and let them soak in boiling water for 45 min. Add herbs to taste.
