Dried chanterelles
The chanterelle is probably one of the most popular edible mushrooms. Typically you find them in autumn in coniferous forests, although they also grow in but deciduous forests.
This mushroom is in its striking appearance a very popular delicacy. The colour alone, which is reminiscent of caramel, makes your mouth water. The smell of chanterelles is slightly fruity and can resemble the smell of apricots.
Dried with care
You can enjoy our chanterelles all year round. They are air dried in special drying cabinets. This method preserves the natural flavour, colour and fragrance (as well as the texture) very well. Therefore you need relatively few mushrooms to get a lot of flavour.
Use dried organic chanterelles
Soak the chanterelles in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain them in a sieve. Use the mushrooms just like fresh mushrooms.
Ingredients
100% natural chanterelles without any additives, from certified organic cultivation.
