First flush Earl Grey Darjeeling tea
For our Earl Grey tea we have chosen high-quality Darjeeling black tea leaves from the first flush. First flush Darjeeling tea leaves have a vibrant and fresh aroma, with a soft, somewhat floral character. Combined with bergamot aroma, you get a very delicate and unique tea of exceptional quality.
Use
2 tsp on 1,75dl water (at 100°C). Steep for 2 minutes.
Finely-ground Earl Grey tea also adds a delicious flavour to biscuits and pastry, as well as to stock, hot cream and butter.
